Zestpad provides a restaurant management system including QR menus and website building tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed by [LemonSqueezy/Paddle]. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zestpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
